Single-player pirate city builder from Limbic Entertainment (Tropico 6) with Hooded Horse. You are castaways raising the last refuge of the golden age of piracy. Building goes vertical, up cliffs, and production chains run on bridges and ziplines, so the more you expand the worse your logistics get. Over 50 products, and each rank of pirate demands different comforts or walks out. There is also turn-based naval combat and expeditions.
