Action roguelite in a drowned world after a war against the machines: survivors live in undersea bunkers and you head up to the surface for resources. Its own idea is the day and night cycle: some abilities only work by day and others only by night, and the clock never stops, so you build knowing when you will be fighting. Procedurally generated levels, enemies and loot, with meta progression back at base.
