AOKAKI is a pixel art platformer about a disgraced ronin who returns home to find it torn apart by war. He picks up his sword again and fights through the shogun's forces, in a feudal Japan full of insect samurai. You parry blows to build up a counter-attack, deflect shots, pogo off enemies and spikes, and curl into a ball to find secrets. Made by Concha Indigo, it comes out in Q2 2027.
