County of Fortune is a medieval building game where you don't raise a single city but a whole county. You are a lokator, a noble colonist, founding villages across the region that grow on their own, street by street, into towns and cities. Where you build matters: rivers, terrain and resources decide what thrives, and villages specialise and ship goods to each other by cart and river barge. Once the county matures, politics arrive, with mayors, rival noble houses and incoming migrants. Made by Nepos Games, it comes out in early access on November 5.
