You build the deck and then the fight resolves itself in front of you, which means everything is decided before it starts: once the cards are down, all you do is watch. You can upgrade cards, enchant them and stick modifiers on them, chaining one effect into another. It comes with over two hundred cards and eighty traits, and several heroes each arriving with their own deck. Runs go from fifteen to forty five minutes, and in the end your deck fights somebody else's. Made by Sokpop, the Dutch collective that has spent half a lifetime putting out small games.
