I Am Plague

I Am Plague is a dark incremental roguelite where you lead a horde of thousands of rats living beneath a great city and trying to reach the surface. Combat is automatic: you pick one of three mutations on each floor, buy more in shops and combine them so they boost each other, as you climb more than 200 floors of a fortress full of soldiers, priests, alchemists, machines and even angels. Every time you die you go back to the lair and spend the flesh and skulls you collected on upgrades that stay for good. Made by Greedy Games, it comes out in 2027.
