Permafrost

Released on Friday, Oct 9, 2026

Permafrost is a story-driven survival game in a frozen open world, on an Earth locked in endless winter after the Moon shattered. You are an engineer with little wilderness experience, drawn in by a radio signal from an old friend. The cold is the real enemy: you explore frozen cities, scavenge, craft and build a network of shelters, with your dog at your side, alone or with up to 3 friends. Made by SpaceRocket Games with Toplitz Productions, it enters Early Access on October 9.
